Sushi time!
Continuing series of “ small businesses that I know “ today few words about “SUSHI PASSION” in Birmingham.
I love this place. Essence of what I need. Small , quiet, and unbelievably good food. At the beginning of this year my mother in law visited us. Trust me this is something big when someone comes to visit us because we have no family in UK and also we have 2 daughters ( 8 and 1,5 year). This is kind of opportunity to go out without our little ones. So my wife took me to Birmingham to see some art galleries and for dinner. So..dinner… we came to Sushi Passion… and it was full… well there are only 3 or 4 tables and about 8 seats on the bar so really tightly. We took the chairs next to the bar and it was good idea. We had the opportunity to see how sushi is made. Two Polish chefs prepared for us such a tasty and nicely served dishes. Miso soup full of aroma as a appetizer and than… sushi… so good, so tasty, so different fromwhat I eat before.
Unfortunately cause of COVID-19 the restaurant is closed now and again I can’t wait to go there and feel that heavenly food in my mouth.. yummy!!!
